A: After registering and logging in, you can check the current amount and value of your Gold coins on the "My Account" page on the website and app. If you have registered through LINE, you can click the "My Rewards" menu to check your Gold coin balance. You can register or log in via LINE by adding the LINE ID: @nggjewellery

A: Gold Coins earned from your purchases never expire.

A: There are 3 tiers:

Excellence: upon membership registration

Exclusive: receiving 500 Gold Coins or more

Experience: receiving 1,500 Gold Coins or more

A: Members will earn Gold Coins when they shop with NGG Jewellery, as detailed below:
- Shopping in-store or via other online channels: Provide the phone number used for membership registration.
- Shopping via the website or mobile application: Log in to your member account before making a purchase.

The amount of Gold Coins received depends on the current gold price and the type of eligible product.

Jewellery Earn Gold Coins based on the full purchase value.
Watches Earn Gold Coins calculated from 50% of the product value.
Gold Bars & Ornaments Earn Gold Coins from the Goldsmith's fee only.

A: You can redeem Gold Coins for Gold Bars through the website/app or use them as discounts for purchases. The conditions are:

100 Gold Coins = 1 gram of Gold Bar
